Vela Education US University Admissions Results

As the 2021-22 US university admissions cycle comes to a close, Vela Education is proud to release this year’s results! Overall, our advisees all recured offers at least one of their top schools. It was another competitive admissions cycle, with some elite schools seeing significant increases in application numbers. Of course, when application pools increase, acceptance rates decrease. Vela Education advisors work carefully with students to ensure they are aware of the admissions data so they can make informed strategic decisions to improve their chances of being admitted to a selective US university.

With application numbers on the rise, we are especially proud of this year’s results.

Vela Education advisees were accepted at the following schools:

Barnard, Boston College, Brown*, Chapman*, Colgate, Columbia, Duke*, Eckerd*, Elon, Fordham*, Loyola Marymount University*, Macalester, New York University* (College of Arts and Science and Stern School of Business), Northeastern*, Northwestern, Parsons School of Design*, Rhodes College, Rollins*, Santa Clara University*, Savannah College of Art and Design*, Swarthmore, Trinity College, Trinity College, Dublin, University of Colorado, Denver, University of Chicago*, University of Southern California* (Including Marshall School of Business and Dornsife School of Letters, Arts, and Sciences), University of Miami, University of Richmond, University of San Diego, University of Virginia* (including an Echols Scholar recipient), Vassar, Washington University in St. Louis, Wesleyan,* Wheaton College, and Wofford.

Vela Education advisees are successful because they have support at every stage of the application process. Often this means making decisions throughout secondary school. The majority of applicants to top US universities have the required grades and test scores. Vela Education advisees succeed because we help them craft the qualitative parts of the application and also think strategically about their admissions pathways.  If you are interested in attending a US university, please reach out to us and schedule a strategic consultation.
