The SAT is a standardised test that helps universities compare you to other students in the applicant pool. The test assesses a student’s skills in three areas: Critical Reading, Math, and Writing. It is a multiple-choice exam that is offered on specific dates both in the US and internationally.
Registration is a must!
The SAT is just one component of a US university application. Though it is not required by all schools, taking a diagnostic test and preparing for at least one official SAT (or ACT) is recommended. Strong test scores are still an asset for a student’s application.
